Delivery
Delivery with free shipping
- Our delivery by courier is free to all parts of Turkey.
- Orders placed before 15:30 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day , and orders placed after 15:30 will be shipped on the first business day.
- Cargo delivery times with Aras Cargo; 1 business day for Istanbul, 1-2 business days outside Istanbul.
Same day delivery by express-courier in Istanbul
- Same day delivery option by express-courier is valid in Istanbul.
- For orders placed before 15:30 on weekdays, you can choose to choose the same day delivery with the Express-Courier.
International shipping
- International shipments are made via DHL Express and are chargeable.
- The international shipping fee will be calculated and displayed by delivery country on the checkout page.
Returns & Exchanges
- You can return or exchange your order by sending it to us free of charge with Aras Cargo, provided that it has not been used within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you and the package content has not been damaged.
